La Iglesia es Madre y Maestra

Nuevo ciclo (año) litúrgico. La Iglesia es Madre y Maestra. Mientras vamos de camino a nuestra patria definitiva, la Iglesia nos va criando (nutriendo) y enseñando, con el poder y autoridad de Jesucristo. Los ciclos litúrgicos son distintas estaciones en el año de nuestras celebraciones de fe. El tiempo de Adviento es un esfuerzo por preparnos a la venida de Nuestro Señor. La Primera Venida, que ya sucedió, es la Encarnación del Hijo de Dios (Navidad). La celebramos para agradecer su venida y para no olvidar a qué y por qué vino. Al mismo tiempo, celebramos la espera de su Segunda Venida, para afianzar nuestra esperanza en que vendrá para salvarnos, a todos los que permanecemos fieles a su Palabra. Los invito a participar plenamente en el tiempo de Adviento.
